At Griho Pet, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We work hard to ensure every product you order meets your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we can certainly assist you.

Returns

  • You can request to return your order within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Name the items must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., opened pet food or treats) and health & hygiene items (e.g., opened litter or grooming products) cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you have received a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Email us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Attach a photo of the item and provide your order number.
  • We will either get you a replacement or refund you fully depending on the issue.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you when your refund was approved, and when it has been processed.
  • If your refund is approved it will be processed through your original payment method in 7 business days.

Exceptions

  • Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
