এই ওয়েবসাইট (www.grihopet.com) ব্যবহার এবং অ্যাক্সেস করার মাধ্যমে আপনি আমাদের নিম্নোক্ত শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। অর্ডার করার আগে অনুগ্রহ করে এগুলো ভালোভাবে পড়ে নিন।

১. সাধারণ শর্তাবলী

Griho Pet যেকোনো সময় এবং পূর্বে নোটিশ ছাড়াই এই শর্তাবলীতে পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। শর্তাবলীতে পরিবর্তন হলে এবং আপনি ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখলে ধরে নেওয়া হবে আপনি পরিবর্তিত শর্তাবলী মেনে নিয়েছেন।

২. পণ্য ও মূল্য

ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত সকল পণ্য স্টক অনুযায়ী দেওয়া হয়। সব মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT)-তে উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে এবং পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। আমরা পণ্যের ছবি ও বিবরণ যথাসম্ভব সঠিকভাবে দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করি, তবে বাস্তবে কিছুটা ভিন্নতা থাকতে পারে।

৩. অর্ডার

আপনার অর্ডার কনফার্ম হলে আপনি একটি নিশ্চিতকরণ ইমেইল পাবেন। পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা, মূল্য সংক্রান্ত ভুল অথবা সন্দেহজনক কোনো ফ্রডের কারণে আমরা যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখি।

৪. পেমেন্ট

পেমেন্ট অবশ্যই অর্ডারের সময় সম্পূর্ণরূপে সম্পন্ন করতে হবে। আমরা মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং, কার্ড, অথবা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি গ্রহণ করি। সকল পেমেন্ট সুরক্ষিতভাবে এবং এনক্রিপটেড পদ্ধতিতে সম্পন্ন হয়।

৫. শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি

শিপিং সময় নির্ভর করে পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা ও আপনার অবস্থানের ওপর। কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস বা আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে থাকা যেকোনো কারণে ডেলিভারি বিলম্বের জন্য Griho Pet দায়ী নয়।

Griho Pet reserves the right to modify these terms at any time and without notice. If changes are made, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes by continuing to use the website.

2. Products & Pricing
All products on this website are subject to availability. The prices for all products are listed in BDT, and are also subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide accurate product images and descriptions, but there may be slight variations.

3. Orders
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product availability, pricing inaccuracies or suspicious fraud.

4. Payments
Payments are required at the time of purchase in full using one of our accepted payment options (i.e., mobile banking, cards, cash on delivery). Payments are processed securely and encrypted.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times will vary based on availability and location. Griho Pet will not be responsible for any delays resulting from the courier services or any other possibility outside of our control.
